Know your body fat.
Then hear about it.
Two photos, an AI body fat estimate, and the trend as it moves. Flip on Mean Mode ๐ and your tracker stops being polite about it โ the accountability partner that actually says something.
Meet Mean Mode ๐
Every other tracker congratulates you for opening the app. Mean Mode reacts to your actual number โ at weigh-in, on your results, and on the card you share. Toggle it and see for yourself; these are real renders, not mockups.
Mean Mode reacts to your actual number โ at weigh-in, on your results, and here. The numbers and the disclaimer are identical in both tones. Only the mouth on it changes.
Three steps. That's it.
No calipers. No clinic visits. No scales that lie about muscle vs. fat.
Take two photos
Upload two you already have, or take them now. Mirror shot, propped phone, or quick selfie โ we adjust for how you shot it. Photos are deleted instantly, we never store them.
Get your estimate
AI analyzes your photos with your height and weight to estimate body fat % with a confidence range. Not a guess, a range.
Watch it move
Check in over time and see the trend, not just today's number. Mean Mode makes sure you actually keep showing up.
Your photos are deleted instantly
We process your photos in memory to estimate body fat, then delete them immediately. We never store, upload, or share your photos. We only keep the body fat number and profile data you provide, to track your progress.
Backed by science
Every number traces back to published, peer-reviewed research. No bro science. Just evidence, cited in full.

Questions people ask
What is Mean Mode?
An opt-in personality. Instead of politely congratulating you for opening the app, Mean Mode reacts to your actual numbers โ when you log a weight, when your estimate lands, when you break a streak โ with Gen Z roast energy. It's a bit, and it's on your side: the jokes target the moment, never a health warning, and every number, range, and disclaimer is identical in both modes. You pick during setup and can flip it off anytime in your Profile.
How accurate is a photo-based estimate?
Two photos can't match a DEXA scan or hydrostatic weighing, but they beat a bathroom scale or a guess. Every result ships with a likely range, not a single confident-sounding number, and the range reflects how you took the photos.
Is this safe? What happens to my photos?
Your photos are processed in memory to produce the estimate, then deleted immediately. We never store, upload, or share them โ only the resulting number and the profile data you provide.
What does it cost?
Nothing right now. Everything in the app is free while we get the core loop right โ there's no paid tier to buy and no card to enter. If that changes, it'll be obvious, and it won't be retroactive on anything you've already tracked.
What if I don't think my number is right?
A single estimate is a snapshot, not a verdict. Retake your photos with a steadier capture method (a propped phone tends to be tighter than a mirror selfie), or check in again next week to see the trend instead of one number.
